What cable do I need?

A cheap ELM327 (USB, Bluetooth or WiFi) for CAN cars, or a KKL / VAG‑COM 409.1 K‑line cable for older ones. Genuine or STN‑based ELM327 is recommended for flashing. J2534 is supported too.

Which cars are supported?

Audi and Volkswagen across K‑line and CAN — from early ME7 / EDC15 up to modern MED17 / EDC17 and DSG. (Seat & Škoda coming later.)

Is it really a one‑time purchase?

Yes. Your license is a one‑time, machine‑locked key. Updates within the major version are free.

I'm new to tuning — is it safe?

VAGPULSE shows power, torque and fuel headroom before you change anything, and it's honest about what each ECU can and can't do. Use a stable 12V supply and keep a backup, and the app walks you through it.
