Terms & License Agreement

Last updated: 23 June 2026

By purchasing or using VAGPULSE you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the safety and liability sections.

Your license

  • A purchase grants you one license to use VAGPULSE, activated on one computer at a time.
  • The license is for your own use. You may move it to a new computer by deactivating the old one (contact us if you need help).
  • You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy, or distribute the software or your license key.
  • You may not reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing.

Permitted use

VAGPULSE is intended for diagnostics, coding, tuning and flashing on vehicles that you own or are authorized to service. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including emissions and road‑use rules in your area.

⚠ Important safety notice. Modifying, tuning, or flashing a vehicle's ECU carries real risk. Incorrect changes can damage your engine, transmission, or other components, void warranties, and make a vehicle unsafe or illegal for road use. You use VAGPULSE entirely at your own risk. Always keep a backup of your original ECU file before writing any changes.

No warranty

VAGPULSE is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software is error‑free or suitable for any particular vehicle or purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAGPULSE and its creators are not liable for any damage to vehicles, ECUs, components, property, or persons, or for any loss, arising from the use or misuse of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Refunds

Because this is digital software delivered instantly with a license key, refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. If you have a problem, contact us first — we'll try to make it right.
