Common questions

How do I activate my license?

Open VAGPULSE, choose Enter license key, paste the key from your purchase confirmation, and click Activate. Your key works on one computer.

Can I move VAGPULSE to a new computer?

Yes. Your key is locked to one machine at a time. Email support@vagpulse.com with your purchase email and we'll free your key so you can activate it on the new computer.

I lost my license key.

Email support@vagpulse.com from the address you bought with and we'll resend it.

What do I need to use it?

Windows 10 or 11, a supported Audi or VW, and a cheap OBD cable (ELM327 USB/Bluetooth, KKL, or a J2534 interface).

Windows shows a warning when I download/install.

That's a normal SmartScreen notice for new software, not a virus warning. Click More info → Run anyway. You can verify the installer with the published SHA‑256 checksum.

Which cars and ECUs are supported?

Audi and Volkswagen, including ME7, MED9, MED17, EDC15/16/17 engine ECUs and DSG transmissions. Diagnostics work across all modules.

Can I get a refund?

Because it's instant‑delivery software with a license key, refunds are handled case‑by‑case. Contact us first at support@vagpulse.com and we'll make it right.
